Up to 80 jobs could be created if a planned motorway service station near Newmarket on Fergus is given the green light.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland is meeting with landowners today, following two years of consultations, to discuss a proposed development in the Ballyconneely and Ballynacraggagh townlands.
The design is being finalised and an environmental impact survey is being carried out, and it’s hoped this will be completed by next year and it will then progress to An Bord Pleanála.
