Further restrictions are being introduced at University Maternity Hospital Limerick from the start of next week.
As of 9am on Monday morning, only partners or support persons of mothers on the labour ward are permitted, with just one visitor per patient allowed.
It’s part a a UL Hospitals Group-wide bans which will continue indefinitely and until further notice, with some very limited exceptions, as COVID-19 continues to cause issues.
