Large crowds are expected to gather in Ennis this afternoon, in protest over the overcrowding crisis at the region’s main hospital.
They’re calling for the Accident and Emerency unit to be re-opened at Ennis General Hospital to help ease chronic overcrowding in Dooradoyle.
They believe the powers that be are in denial over the problems within the health system here.
