Calls In Clare For Children’s Waiting Lists To Be Prioritised

Calls have been made in Clare for lengthy waiting lists at the country’s Children’s hospitals to be prioritised as part of the impending shake-up of the HSE.

Its emerged that 47 thousand children are waiting to see specialist consultants at Crumlin, Temple Street and the National Children’s Hospital in Dublin, with a further 10 thousand children are waiting at other hospitals nationwide.

While, more than 19,000 children have to wait more than 12 months for an appointment.
