The number of people on trolleys at the region’s main hospital is rising once again.
The latest trolleywatch analysis from the INMO shows that there were 59 patients awaiting a bed at University Hospital Limerick this morning – that’s 10 more than yesterday.

Of those, 31 were on trolleys in the emergency department, while 28 more were being catered for in overflow areas of wards.
