Harris Commits To Meeting With Clare Health Forum Members

The Health Minister has confirmed he will meet with the Clare members of the HSE’s Regional Health Forum West to air their concerns over the region’s main hospital.

Independent Ennis Councillor James Breen had called for a motion of no confidence in Minister Harris based on the slow pace in tackling overcrowding at UHL.

But instead, the four Clare members of the local health forum issued a four-week deadline to the Minister and now he has confirmed to Junior Minister Pat Breen that he will meet with them once a date has been arranged.
