Gardaí Rule Out Foul Play In Lisdoonvarna Death

Gardaí have ruled out foul play in the death of a man discovered on a road in North Clare yesterday.

The man, who’s believed to be from Poland originally, was found unconscious on the roadside in Lisdoonvarna around 6 o’clock yesterday morning, by a local man.

He was taken by ambulance to University Hospital Limerick where he was later pronounced dead.

Gardaí from Ennistymon are working with the Polish Embassy in an effort to locate and inform the man’s next of kin – It’s understood he has no family in Ireland.
