Gardaí are investigating the possibility that break-ins at two schools in North Clare are linked.
St Joseph’s Secondary School in Spanish Point was targeted by thieves for the second time in a matter of weeks in the early hours of last Thursday morning, resulting in the closure of the school to allow for repair works.
While, the following night, the CBS Secondary School in Ennistymon was burgled, with thieves making their escape with a sum of money.
