Gardaí are treating a car crash in Dublin’s embassy belt yesterday as a ‘terrible accident’.

Six pedestrians were hit when the car flipped onto its side sparking fears of a terror attack, but officers think it wasn’t deliberate.

The crash site at the junction of Adelaide Road and Earlsfort Terrace in Ballsbridge has fully reopened and there are no problems with traffic this morning.
