Oisín Cahill, along with his cousin Darragh Killeen and their friend Enda Hickey, were travelling on the Shanaway Road in a beige Toyota Avensis when the accident occurred at around 4:20 am on Easter Sunday morning.

Their car collided with a wall at the entrance to the Woodstock View estate, just across from Hotel Woodstock.

Oisín was pronounced dead at the scene while Darragh and Enda are in a critical condition in University Hospital Limerick.

Sgt. Joe Downey of Ennis Garda Station is asking anyone with any details on the crash to come forward.

Tributes have been pouring in for Oisín Cahill, along with well wishes for the injured young men.

Oisín and Darragh had togged out for the Kilmaley U21 hurlers just hours prior to the tragedy.
