Gardaí Appeal For Key Witness In Fatal Ennis Collision

Ennis Gardaí are issuing a fresh appeal to the driver of an Opel Insignia who is thought to be a key witness in this week’s fatal collision on the M18.

57-year-old Michael Fogarty was killed when the van he was travelling in collided with a truck at the Tulla exit of the southbound section of the motorway at lunchtime on Tuesday.

Gardaí have interviewed a number of witnesses who were passing the scene at the time and are now trying to track down the driver who drove past at the moment the crash took place.
