Gardaí are appealing for witnesses, following thefts at two Clare businesses last week.
A thief gained entry to a business on O’Connell Street in Ennis last Thursday night at around 11 o’clock by breaking the glass on the front door, and a number of expensive electronic items were stolen.
One person was arrested a short distance away, and was remanded in custody after appearing before Ennis District Court.
