Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a road crash in Co. Limerick yesterday which claimed the lives of two elderly people.
An investigation’s underway after a man in his 80s and a woman in her 70s, who were on holiday from the UK, were killed in a collision between their car and an oil truck.
It happened around 11am yesterday on the main Limerick to Tipperary Road near the village of Dromkeen – Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information on the crash to contact them.
