A Galway man is appealing to people in coastal Clare communities to help him track down his tearaway boat.
The 21-foot blue fibreglass boat, with a white cabin, broke free in choppy sea conditions at Cuigeal (kwig-ill) Bay in Lettermullen last Saturday night.
Michael Joyce contacted people on the Aran Islands who say it hasn’t appeared there so now he believes it has drifted towards Clare.
