The tragic crash on the outskirts of Ennis early on Easter Sunday morning claimed the lives of Oisín and his 19-year-old cousin Darragh Killeen.

Their friend Enda Hickey remains in hospital with serious injuries.

The accident has shocked the small tight-knit community of Inch, and came hours after the duo had been part of the Kilmaley panel who had played against Inagh-Kilnamona in the Clare U21 Hurling Final.

Today, members of both panels will form a guard of honour in memory of Oisín, while his parents John and Angela and his four sisters will lead mourners as he is laid to rest in Kilmaley Cemetery after 1 o’clock funeral mass in St Johns Church Kilmaley.
