Funding Boost for Killaloe

Community Childcare services in South East Clare have received a major boost with the approval of 900 thousand euro in funding for pre and after school facilities in Killaloe.

The project was in danger of being scrapped after 1.2 million euro set aside for it was decommitted by Pobal late last year due to difficulties with the site however that decision has now been successfully appealed.

It’s now hoped construction could get underway in the coming months once its gone to tender
