Funding boost for Clare Animal Welfare Groups

There’s good news for Clare animal welfare groups.

Almost 25 thousand euro in funding has been allocated to several different organisations in the county that rescue, abused abandoned and stray animals.

The bulk of the money, 12 thousand euro, is going to Second Chance Animal Rescue Ltd or SCAR; 5000 is being allocated to Clare Animal Welfare Ltd; the SPCA in Clonoghan is getting 6,000 euro and a further 1000 goes to Mandy Ellis.
