The final Shannon Airport runway run is taking off tonight.
Over 1,500 people will go to the tape for the fifth successive run, which brings an end to an event that’s seen over 8,000 participants taking part over the course of the five years.
More €100,000 has been donated to charities over the past four years, and proceeds from tonight’s event will go to Shannon Group’s two designated charities for 2018, Clare Crusaders and Share A Dream.
