February pre trial conference in lawsuit over Killaloe woman’s death

A pre trial conference in the multi million dollar lawsuit being taken by the family of Killaloe woman Kay Creegan is set to be held next month.

The 42 year old died following a face lift operation in New York in March 2005 carried out by Dr Michael Sachs.

The New York Supreme Court action is being taken against the former plastic surgeon by the husband and sons of the Killaloe woman.

The pre trial conference will be held on February 2nd where a trial date could be set.
