Fears Young Banner Voters Will Miss Out On Registration Deadline

It’s feared up to 3,200 young people across Clare are unregistered to vote – just days before the deadline approaches.

The National Youth Council of Ireland is urging those aged between 18 and 29 to check the register and make sure their name is on it before this coming Saturday.

A study carried out on behalf of the council found that more than a fifth of those in that age bracket have not registered across the country, including over 39,000 in Munster.
