Fear Rising Insurance Costs Are Forcing Publicans Out Of Business

The Clare Chair of the Vintners Federation of Ireland feels high insurance costs could drive publicans out of business.

The comments follow the organisation’s AGM in Donegal last evening, where insurance as well the new drink-driving laws dominated.

According to the VFI, over 60% of Pub owners agree that the rising insurance costs is the biggest challenge facing the industry today.
