Ennis South Flood Relief Scheme To Begin In March

The shovel will hit the ground in the long awaited Ennis South Flood Relief Scheme this March.

The €8.6 million project, a key flood alleviation project for parts of Ennis, has been hit with consecutive delays since 2009.

Now, the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform has confirmed that the tender process for this project is nearing completion, and it’s hoped work will begin in March.
