Ennis And Shannon Included In €2 Billion Urban Regeneration Fund

Ennis and Shannon have been named as towns which could see a major injection of government funding.

They’ve been included in a list of towns across the country that can apply for a share of the two billion euro urban regeneration fund.

It’s one of four schemes under the Ireland 2040 plan that was announced earlier – along with a €1 billion rural scheme and climate action and innovation schemes worth 500 million euro each
