Ennis based firm MPS Global has gone into liquidation.
The property investment company, whose offices are in the Quin Road Business Park, was chaired by Jal Kalsi, a former president of the Ennis Chamber of Commerce.
It comes following a High Court petition from one of its investors.

Up to 50 investors with the firm could lose their investments as a result, with individual investments ranging from 25 to 250 thousand Euro.
