Ennis Insurer Insists Any Health Insurance Savings Must Be Passed To Consumers

Clare families could be in line to save up to €120 a year on their health insurance premiums.

The Health Minister has secured cabinet agreement to reduce the government levy for insurers on basic basic insurance packages, following a drop in the average claim.

Adults with public hospital cover could save up to €45, while the savings for children equate to around €15.
