Files are expected to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecution in relation to two men held over the recent grenade attack on a family home in Ennis.
The two who were arrested last Wednesday had their period of detention extended before Gardai released them without charge over the weekend.
The arrests were made as part of an extensive Garda investigation into an incident in Ennis on June 13th when a live devise was thrown into a home on Childers road in Clare’s County Town.
