Election Candidates to Walk Blindfolded Through Ennis

Election candidates for both the local and European elections will be completely in the dark today when they take to the streets of Ennis.

They’re taking part in a blindfold walk of Clare’s County Town in an effort to show how accessible Ennis is for people with disabilities.

They’re taking part in a blindfold walk of Clare’s County Town in an effort to show how accessible Ennis is for people with disabilities.

Dr Willie Walsh is also taking part in the initiative along with a number of "local celebrities" and the participants will have sponsorship cards if other pedestrians want to donate.
