Solution Found To Major Capacity Issues At Ennis Schools

The Department of Education has confirmed that a solution to major capacity issues at Ennis schools has been found.

Concerns emerged last May after it was revealed that up to 42 children hadn’t secured a school place this September, and a process involving local school Principals and the Department has since been underway to resolve the matter.

It’s now confirmed that Ennis Community College will enroll all of the additional pupils and additional teaching posts, space and other resources will be provided.
