Clare TD Says Government Now ‘Against The Clock’ On Leaving Cert Decision

Clare’s Fianna Fail TD admits the government are now in danger of coming up ‘against the clock’ on making a decision on whether the Leaving Cert should go ahead.

Special needs students are set to return to primary schools next Thursday, in a move likely to be done in a staggered basis.

Talks are continuing with secondary schools about getting special needs students back, with no timetable yet proved for a full return of schools by Minister Norma Foley.
