The Education Minister is in Clare today to announce a major €10 million investment in schools in this county.
Richard Bruton will visit Sixmilebridge today, where he’ll turn the sod on a new 24 classroom school, and St Patrick’s Comprehensive in Shannon, to open an extension there which will take an additional 850 pupils.
He’ll also be hosting a panel discussion on ‘Fulfilling the Potential of Early Years Learners right through to Junior Cycle’ at St Flannan’s College in Ennis.
