The CEO of Shannon Chamber is expressing hope that IDA investment in the Midwest region will continue to grow this year.
It comes as the IDA’s annual report has revealed that across the past five years, it increased its regional investment in the Midwest by some 63%.
Overall, the number of people working for multi-nationals in Ireland reached 245,000 at the end of 2019.
