€650,000 Fund Launched To Support Social Innovation Projects In Midwest

A €650,000 fund has been launched to support social innovation projects in Clare and the rest of the Midwest.

Seven projects, which tackle inequality, poverty and social exclusion will benefit from the money – which is being funded by Rethink Ireland, private donors and matched by the Department of Rural and Community Development.

Charities, community groups and social enterprises in this county, as well as Tipperary and Limerick, have until March 29th to apply for a grant.
