An announcement of almost 5.5 million euro in funding for the construction of Houses in West Clare has received a broad welcome.
27 new homes are to be built in Miltown Malbay under the Government’s Rebuilding Ireland Scheme.
The local authority construction scheme at Ballard Road has been given approval in principal by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government.
