Donohoe Plays Down Prospect Of Housing Funds Being Used For Water Refunds

The finance minister has played down the prospect of housing funds having to be used for water refunds.

But Paschal Donohoe admits he cannot rule out the prospect of taking unspent money from major construction projects for water.

The total cost of refunds will come to 178 million euro – including five million in administration.
