Water Quality At 12 Clare Bathing Areas Extremely High

The Environmental Protection Agency says water quality at 12 bathing areas in Clare remains extremely high.

Tests carried out at Ballyalla, Ballycuggeran, Bishopsqurter, Cappagh Pier, Fanore, Kilkee, Lahinch, Mountshannon, Spanish Point, White Strand – Doonbeg and White Strand – Miltown Malbay all once again returned excellent results.

While Seafield Quilty, which was classified for the first time in 2018 was also classified as excellent.
