‘Save Shannon Airport Rally’ Planned For Ennis

A rally is due to take place in Ennis later this month as part of a campaign to save Shannon Airport.

Organisers of the Save Shannon Airport Rally are demanding a full and functioning airport now and into the future and say no compromise is acceptable, as the airport is vital to the Midwest prosperity.

It’s due to take place on July 25th in the Height and those behind the demonstration say there will be stewards in attendance to ensure social distancing rules are being followed.

Organiser of the rally, Denis Vaughan, hopes it will further bring the plight of Shannon Airport to Government attention.
