Mediator Appointed To Settle Dispute Between Clare Bus And NTA

A mediator has been appointed to settle an ongoing dispute between the National Transport Authority and Clare Bus.

It follows a meeting between Clare’s five oireachtas members and the NTA last week, which aimed to heal a rift between the bus operator and the NTA over money owed.

The NTA is set to begin a new procurement process on Thursday for nine routes, and Clare Bus can submit a bid for tender.
