Increased Transparency In Motor Insurance Sector Vital Says Ennis Insurer

An Ennis insurer insists it’s vitally important to have increased transparency in the motor insurance system.

It follows a first-of-its-kind report from the Central Bank, which found that in the ten years to 2018, the price paid by drivers for insurance shot up by 42%.

The Private Motor Insurance Report found that the average cost of a premium last year was €706, while in 2009, that figure sat at just €498.
