Clare people experiencing separation and relationship breakdown are being urged to reach out for help.
FAMILES, the Families and Men In Life Experiencing Separation organisation, is launching a new support leaflet in Shannon tomorrow at the Hope Café in Smithstown.
The group hold twice weekly meetings on Mondays and Thursdays from 8pm in Limerick, while they also operate a helpline, 365 days of the year.
