Flanagan Urges People To Reject ‘Anti-Immigrant’ Hate

The Justice Minister says Lisdoonvarna has benefited from the opening of a Direct Provision centre in the town.

Writing in the Irish Examiner, in the context of recent controversy in Oughterard, Co. Galway, Charlie Flanangan has said the opening of a direct provision centre in the former King Thomond Hotel has brought more business to the town.

He’s also praised the work of a local group who have supported those living there.
