An Ennis man living in the heart of Wuhan, the Chinese City where the deadly virus originated, says he doesn’t plan to evacuate.
Just over a month ago, the city, which has the same population as all of Sweden, was put on lockdown, with public transport stopped, and people asked to stay in their homes.
The level of quarantine has been raised in the past ten days, and now residents no longer allowed to leave the confines of their community.
