A resident of the flood-hit Springfield area of Clonlara is pleading with the government not to forget about the devastation they are facing.
Monday saw a heavy fall of rain throughout the day which has led to water levels rising once again in the area, after they had begun to recede last week.
It’s led to fresh access issues for people living locally who had been able to get to and from their homes by car once again.
