People Asked To Light Candle In Memory Of Stabbing Victim Eoin Boylan

People across Clare are being asked to light a candle tonight, in memory of Ennis man Eoin Boylan, who lost his life in a stabbing incident yesterday.

The 32-year-old was the victim of an assault at Gordon Drive in Cloughleigh at around 3:30pm yesterday afternoon and later died from his injuries.

Gardaí are continuing to question a man in his late 30s in connection with the incident, while further searches are being carried out in the Cloughleigh area.
