An investigation is underway after a car which crashed on the main Ennistymon to Ennis road, was subsequently targeted by criminals.
A man was driving to work in poor conditions on Friday last at around 8am, when he lost control of the car at Ballyduff Beg, on the Ennistymon side of Inagh dump.
The driver was unhurt, and as the car was off the road, he continued to work and returned to tow his car at 4pm.
