A special meeting of Clare’s Joint Policing Committee will be held in Ballyvaughan next month.

The JPC is a forum to discuss policing matters made up of local councillors, Oireachtas members and civilians, and meets on a quarterly basis.

The meetings are usually held in the council chambers in Áras Contae an Chláir in Ennis; however, once a year, the JPC sits in a venue elsewhere in the county.
