County Braces Itself For Storm Brian

The country is bracing itself for Storm Brian.

A Status Yellow Rainfall warning is in place for Clare from 9 o’clock this morning, but the worst of the storm is due to reach our shores early tomorrow morning, when a status Orange wind warning kicks in for western and southern coastal counties.

Winds are forecast to gust up to 130 kilometres per hour, with a risk of flooding along coasts.
