The cost of renting a home in Clare has risen by almost 8%.
The latest report from Daft.ie shows the average monthly rent in the third quarter of this year in this county, is now €784.
Nationally, there’s been an 11 percent increase this year alone and a 30% hike on the Celtic Tiger era.
