This year’s annual Scariff Harbour Festival has been cancelled.
2020 was due to be the 18th year of the community event, which traditionally attracts people from across the county and beyond to East Clare for a host of music events, walks, talks, boat tours and children’s entertainment.
But organisers say they had no other option but to cancel this year’s festival in light of the public health emergency, with public safety the top priority.
