Rape Crisis Midwest Reassures Victims Of Domestic Abuse Help Is On Hand

Rape Crisis Midwest is reassuring people experiencing domestic abuse or domestic violence that help is on hand during the coronavirus pandemic.

The service is one of many that’s had to adapt to adhere to government public health guidelines, but counsellors are still providing support over the phone and online through Skype and Zoom.

Charities are warning that with people restricted at home, there could be a spike in domestic violence.
