The latest housing report shows the cost of buying a home in Clare dropped by 2% last month.
Property website Daft.ie has issued its latest report, which covers the past 12 months, and it shows the average house price in this county was 187,000 euro in March.
The number of homes listed for sale nationally has fallen, in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, with just under 1,300 properties on the market between March 15th and 28th, half the total for the same period a year earlier.
